Health Economics Insights Journal (HEIJ) is intended for scholarship that explains how incentives, institutions, and resource constraints shape health outcomes and health-system performance. Suitable topics include economic evaluation and health technology assessment, healthcare financing and insurance, provider payment design, access and equity, pharmaceutical and public health economics, behavioral responses in health markets, and causal policy evaluation.
